How It Started.
In 2019, the company’s Co-Founder and COO moved to Kentucky for work. They quickly realized how tough it was to find good rental homes —safe, modern, and fit for professionals like them. So, they built their own house, plus a couple of rentals for others in the same situation.

What started small soon developed into a growing business in Kentucky with the focus on “Build for Rent”. Over the years, we’ve provided quality homes in places like Hazard and London, KY—where professionals relocating for work need reliable housing.

As interest rates climbed, more people chose renting over buying. They want flexibility, lower upfront costs, and the freedom to move when careers change. That demand has proven our model works: it fills a real need in the community and delivers strong returns for investors.

Now, we’re expanding. Kentucky has been the launchpad, but the opportunity is nationwide. Our next step is to bring friends and family into the business, growing this model in markets where mobility and professional rental housing are in demand.

Today, we proudly offer more than 70 + properties (built to rent) with a range of properties that blend contemporary design with practical amenities, ensuring that your home is not just a place to live, but a place to thrive. Looking ahead to 2026:
As we look toward 2026, our focus remains on thoughtful growth. We’re planning to build over 90 new apartments — a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom homes — within a community-style development that brings comfort, convenience, and connection together. This will be the first of its kind in London, Kentucky, and we’re proud to help set a higher standard for local housing while keeping our roots firmly in quality and care.
